This Marvelous Custom was done by Wanderer-X who has created a custom Marvel Legends style Viper (Madam Hydra) figure. Here is how X describes the making of this figure:

"Here is Viper in her full Hydra battle gear. This is one of my favorite customs of her to date. Viper needs more Marvel Legends love. ; )
The Hasbro Elektra/Maria Hill bodies are definitely growing on me and here makes the perfect choice. The paint apps truly makes the difference here."
